I understand that plans can change and that, from time to time, you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you need to make any changes to your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice wherever possible.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice but more than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% late cancellation fee.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice or less, or appointments that are missed without notice, may be charged at 100% of the appointment fee, at my discretion.
If you have booked a prepaid package, the same cancellation policy applies. Any applicable cancellation fee will be deducted from your prepaid balance.

Lateness Policy
If you are running late for your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible to let me know.
If you have not arrived within 10 minutes of your appointment start time, I will try to contact you by phone or text. If you are still able to attend, we can continue with the appointment for the remaining time available.
Unfortunately, I am unable to extend appointments beyond the original finish time, as I may have another client booked immediately afterwards.
If I have not heard from you within 30 minutes of your appointment start time, the session will be considered missed and a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
I will do my best to get in touch with you so that we can discuss what has happened and, where appropriate, arrange another appointment or confirm your next scheduled session.
