About Heather

I’m an experienced and qualified CranioSacral Therapist based in North Devon, who is passionate about supporting people through life’s challenges with this holistic approach to change and wellness.

We all have a natural capacity for healing when we allow ourselves the space and time to do so. I have trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches that allow me to work holistically, meeting each client where they are.

At the heart of my practice is the belief that I offer a safe, welcoming space where you can be authentic, relax and release tension and reconnect with yourself.

Whether you’re seeking physical relief, emotional support, or simply a moment of calm, my role is to listen with clarity and support you with care.

I work one-to-one, tailoring every session to the individual, and it’s important to me that people feel heard, supported, and respected throughout their time with me.

Testimonials

My Approach

Because we are all unique, my approach is client-led, holistic, and centred on creating a safe space where you can truly relax and be yourself. I work intuitively, listening not only to your words but also to the subtle rhythms of the body for key words to enhance your healing process.

Each session is tailored to support your individual needs, whether that means easing physical tension, offering emotional support, or simply providing time to pause and reconnect.

My Values

At the heart of my practice are these main values of care, compassion, and respect. I work with the understanding that the body’s natural ability to restore balance can happen when given the right conditions, and I apply therapy to nurture that process.

My work is guided by authenticity, integrity and kindness, creating an atmosphere where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. Above all, my aim is to walk alongside you on your journey, holding space for whatever you bring.
